In Taiwan, many underprivileged youths face financial hardship, making it difficult for them to afford sports equipment or participate in training. Since 2022, World Vision Taiwan has launched the “Vision Basketball League Project” , establishing 16 basketball teams across various regions. 1. Campaign Period
This campaign is valid from August 1, 2026, 00:00:00 to August 15, 2026, 23:59:59 (TST).(Event has ended)
2. Eligibility
- Anyone who places an order for the STARLUX × SPALDING Co-Branded Basketball Set on STARLUX Shop during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes
- Each set purchased grants one entry, calculated based on the purchaser’s name registered on STARLUX Shop. The more sets purchased, the higher the chances of winning. Limit one prize per person.
- Orders using promo codes are also eligible for the sweepstakes.
- Returns made within the campaign period will result in disqualification.
- Shipping Limitations: Prize delivery is restricted to main island Taiwan only. Prizes cannot be shipped to offshore islands or overseas addresses. Winners residing in these areas must pick up their prize in person at STARLUX Airlines Headquarters (10F, No. 525, Sec. 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City) within the designated period. Failure to collect the prize within the specified time will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and no alternate winner will be selected.
3. Draw and Winner Notification

Notification: Winners will be notified via email on or before September 25, 2026, sent to the email address registered on their STARLUX Shop account. Non-winners will not be notified, and no alternate winners will be selected.
4. Important Notes
- Winners may not request to exchange their prizes for cash, airfare, store credit, or other products and services.
- Participants guarantee that they have not misappropriated or stolen any third-party information. In the event of false, fraudulent, or misappropriated information, STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to revoke participation and winning eligibility. Participants shall be liable for any damages caused to STARLUX Airlines or any third party as a result.
- STARLUX Airlines accepts no responsibility for any lost, erroneous, illegible, or corrupted data submitted or registered by participants due to reasons not attributable to STARLUX Airlines (e.g., network, mobile device, or system failures).
- All records regarding participation, data registration, and the lucky draw shall be based on STARLUX Airlines' computer system logs. If any fraud, mass data transmission using unauthorized programs, or other actions that clearly violate event fairness are detected or reported, STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to disqualify the participant, revoke their prize without prior notice, and recover the prize. STARLUX Airlines may also seek compensation for any damages incurred.

Tax Regulations: In accordance with the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China (ROC), if the value of a prize exceeds NT$1,000, it must be included in the winner's annual consolidated income tax declaration. Winners must provide a photocopy of the front and back of their national ID card as a withholding voucher. If the total value exceeds NT$20,000, a 10% tax must be withheld. Non-ROC residents (including ROC nationals and foreign nationals who resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days within the tax year) are subject to a 20% lottery tax on the total prize value regardless of the amount. If a winner refuses or fails to pay the required tax withholding or provide relevant documentation within the specified timeframe after notification, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. Forfeited prizes under these circumstances will not be re-allocated to an alternate winner.
5. Personal Data Protection Notice
- By providing personal data (such as email, name, address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information) to participate in this event, participants agree to the STARLUX Airlines "Privacy Policy." Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by STARLUX Airlines and its authorized partners within the operating regions of STARLUX Airlines for purposes related to sweepstakes administration, winner notification, prize delivery, tax reporting, event analytics, and marketing.
- STARLUX Airlines will retain and use participants' personal data starting from the date of participation until 2 years after the event concludes. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws, participants may exercise their rights to inquire, review, request copies, supplement or correct, cease utilization, or request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the STARLUX Airlines Customer Service Center via the phone line or contact form provided on our official website. In accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to decide whether to accept the request based on business necessity and statutory retention periods. Participants may freely choose whether to provide complete personal data; however, incomplete or inaccurate data may affect eligibility to participate or claim prizes.

- The execution of this event and all related legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. The Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any disputes.
