Domestic Returns

● STARLUX provides a 7–Days Return Period Policy. The Return Period is different than a trial period, meaning each item should remain in an unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Only 1 item can be returned free of charge per order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Note: 7–Days Return Period Policy will be counted from the date of receivement by consumer himself/herself or janitor as indicated as the logistics recorded.
● Returns must be in original condition. Tags and labels must be attached, along with the original shipping box. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.● For items received containing any material defects or damage, such as faulty quality, faded colors, etc., please complete the return/refund process within 7 days (holidays included) with complete receipt. Please place another order if you would like to repurchase the item, as we currently do not provide exchange service.
If any items are lost or damaged, external charges will apply depending on the extent of the damaged to the items.

Return Instructions
If you wish to return your purchase, please complete the process within 7 days after delivery. Please search for the order confirmation email using the subject title "Thank you for your order" in your email box and provide the following information. There will be a link included in the order confirmation email that you can use to request a return. We will arrange for the item to be picked up once customer service has approved the return request.

In accordance with MOF regulations regarding e-invoices, we do not send out paper invoices; however, the e-invoice number will be uploaded to the MOF online platform. Customers may check their e-invoice number on the MOF website (http://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw) 72 hours after confirmation of shipment using the code provided with the confirmation email.
Refund Policy
Please notice that STARLUX will never ask any supplier or vendor to call the customer about changing payment method or ATM payment transfer.
Once again: Return Period is different from a trial period, meaning each item should remain in an unused condition with all tags and labels attached, and should be in its original package to be eligible for refund.

After the request has been approved, the refund will be issued back to the original credit card. Refund period depends on your credit card issue bank as different banks may have different process times and billing cycles. (Please notice that the refund amount might appear on your next bill.)
Your refund may take up to 30 days to process. For more information, please check with your credit card issuing bank.
● Refund via "ATM Virtual account"
After the request is approved, the refund amount will be returned to the
domestic bank account which you have provided.
